My Neuro-Somatic Release technique is based on a method that has been successfully used for years, utilizing what is known as "neurogenic tremoring" (already used for soldiers with PTSD, abuse survivors, or classic burnout). This tremoring has long been successfully applied in trauma work as well as for stress and anxiety. However, what I found lacking in existing approaches was a targeted preparation and subsequent calming of the nervous system – this is exactly the gap that Neuro-Somatic Release fills.

A gentle and effective method to release stress and trauma

Thanks to my background in applied neurology (neuro-athletics), I can individually prepare the nervous system before each session. This makes the process significantly gentler, and everything experienced is optimally integrated during a cool-down phase. This combination leads to faster, more sustainable results because the autonomic nervous system (sympathetic and parasympathetic) learns to regulate itself again.
